Laz attempts to keep the illusion going, concentrating as hard as he can. He is mostly oblivious to what the others are doing and saying.

Laz kept the illusion goin, tiring and draining his perception of the world around him as the great majestic eagle soars along the woods, wind whipping at those outside.

Then there was a sound of distant explosion, a boom of great magnitude from the mountain. Jon detects a large kinetic slug moving rapidly in an interception course to the flying Van dragon.

Frazz have the strangest feeling on the back of his neck.

The HUD only beeps a major collision warning. It'll only beable to beep twice before the expected hit.

Are you sure you want to create a voidwall in front of your moving van carried by a Dragon?

Frazz folds his wings in and dives

Fel presumably holds on tight, then.  If the shot somehow follows, she will intercept it with a Voidwall at whatever range gives her approximately 15 seconds' time till she can do another intercept at that range.  This should be a large range.

Frazz folds his wings and dipped suddenly, the tips of the tallest trees brushing and scraping the underside of the van as he dropped some, just in time for you to see and hear a large round whizzling overhead, then it explodes mid-air into a thick cloud of shrapnel.

The Van is pretty much okay as Frazz took the brute of the force, explosion jiggling his insides as dwarven metal scrap along his wings and back, tattering the delicate membrane and finding small nicks and nooks to imbed themselves into his back like an unpleasant needles massage in a Chinese massage parlor.

It hurts but it could be worse. It could be having his tail cut off. Goddam Vigil..

Meanwhile, Vigil, Aria and the Orges returns to the Yahweh, where they get more of the shiny rocks as they were promised. And fed some cube pigs, they love it.
