Attempting to nudge a xeno into defecting is fine. However be wary that it's very possible said xeno is operating under instruction to acquire data and is not legitimately interested in defecting.

High tech =/= capable of traversing Void, a skill only demonstrated by creatures and Entities with an affinity for the Void. Tech is valuable. Acquire if possible.

Why exactly are you trying to locate the Being 'Santa' anyways?
