If there are any, try to hit a vehicle with the Gauss. If there's not aim for one of the gun emplacements.

[Will post Foxhound's Alpha strike when I get home. Also is Frazz going to explore some ruins and make himself useful?]

"Hey Tal, keep the original safe." One of the Zachclones say to Tal, "I'm gonna take a quadbike to catch up, may as well grab some ammo for the others, too. Any objections?"

"Zachary use power armor for your clone. You'll be far more mobile and less likely to mission kill the clone, and you'll be able to carry more. Bring a Gauss of some kind with you, spare ammo for them, and some missiles. No point in using a bike that frankly isn't as mobile."

"Roger that" Zachclone #1 will power armor up. Dual small automatic Gauss pistols preferred as the main armament. He will take three SAMs with him, timed to fire farther enough apart that it'll require a burst of flares for each of them (Aircraft usually only have enough flares for 2 bursts), just in case the skyhopper comes back. Four SRSM (short-range-streak-missile). Spare ammo for Jon's Vulcan. Jumpjuts to slow an uncontrolled descent. Swing by RnD on the way out for an AI to use the jumpjets if he's unable to

Frazz WILL explore some ruins and make himself useful. Preferably after grabbing a standard soldier or two.

You're in a powered armor, not a mech. And there's no such thing as automatic Gauss.

Just carrying spare ammo for the Vulcan will slow you down enough, and missiles are not exactly light. You won't be able to move from all that weight.

The Alpha strike from Foxhound was.. devastating, to say the very least.

Everyone waited for Aria to line up her shot with the Gauss, not quite sure whether to shoot at a gun emplacement or a vehicle, you decided to simply line the shot up so that a humvee is behind the gun that you're aiming at. Squeezing the trigger, you careful feel like your arm's being ripped off from the force at all! Both the recoil dampeners and servos in your suit whines in protest as you fired off a shot, causing a large, thunderous CRACK! that shattered nearby windows.

Your Gauss stake hits a HMG emplacement perfectly on the gun, metal wrapped and made way as raw kinetic force twists it to one side, sending the remains flying off in all directions before it continues to the soldier manning the turret, he never realized what happened before the powerful force ripped his torso into mangled, twisted mess with bones, gore and guts spraying everywhere, the man quite literally exploded from being hit by the Gauss, his armor having about the same protective effect as a wet tissue paper.

Yet the Stake continues on, it smashes into the side of a Humvee, it's force still enough to bend metal so hard it folded the vehicle in half, crunching any unfortunate occupants inside and folding the top-mounted weapon upon itself. The TOW Missile crumpled and explodes a fraction of a second later, setting it's fuel tank and ammunition on fire and explodes spectacularly, sending shrapnels and cooked bullets in every direction, killing anyone unfortunate enough to be close to while a blown door flew and lodges itself in the second Humvee, nearly cutting it in half and absolutely wrecking it's weapon. The vehicle were thrown onto it's side from the force.

People didn't have much time to react before Zander opens up with his MAG Assault rifle, taking careful single shots at the remaining manned turrets on this side of the wall, at this range, popping head was easy even without the computer-assisted aiming. The side of the wall got very thoroughly wrecked,

And that was before Jon joins in. firing a rocket at the last remaining humvee, the projectile buries itself several centimeters into it's armor before it's high-explosive warhead were triggered, blowing the vehicle up with a sudden force that sent pieces of everything everywhere!

Everyone was confused, dazed at the series of well-executed explosions, then Jon's lasers melted the munition depo..

The resulting explosion caused a chain reaction of explosions as the lined and prepared artillery pieces got their loaded ammo cooked and exploded, killing anyone nearby and sending big shrapnel all over the places.

5 seconds into the firefight and half of the base is destroyed and dead.

Akras does NOT fuck around.

While this is happening, Tal is fetching another intern, cat, and guard trio for more Science.

The Trio are reasonably concerned when the last Trio were simply gone and there's some sizzling.. writhing eldritch residue on the floor.

Walking past a happy Vahlen is equally disturbing, too.

The intern and cat are strapped to their respective tables, the guard is told to simply take in and observe the Science, and Tal begins chanting once more after tweaking a couple runes.

((It would be a better choice to gauss in a direction that would knock over a fortification while hitting an expensive looking vehicle or ammunition store.))

((Frazz is highly likely to get himself killed by the dwarves. No translator, no support, doesn't even know where they are beyond a vague direction literally days and possibly weeks away, no food.. This is not a display of short term, or even long term planning.))
((You really like keeping him alive, don't you?))
