Frazz goes over to the Kobold Camp

The Kobolds were a bit confused at the whole not-sacrificing thing while a few others seems relieved at that.

Then Frazz steps out.

The entire gathering [sans the few others in the back that's just face-palming at the entire thing.] erupts. "BRIGHT LORD!" they exclaimed at Frazz. "IT'S THE BRIGHT LORD!" they cheered.

The Kobolds in the background groaned and facepalmed harder as the rest of the settlement swarmed over Frazz, literally swarming over the Dragon, trying to climb him, getting onto his head, going under his legs, little furry hands petted and patted him everywhere.

The approached Kobold did the smart thing and fled before you got close enough to greet them.

With your enhanced strength, you've no problem grabbing and pulling the sword out of the ground.

Vigil will go off to find the equivalent of a kiddie pool, and enough water to fill that. . . .  and three interns to help him set it up.

You do not have Interns on the Mobile base, Steve suggests you use a water hose and just hose drinking water at the Demigryph's mouth.

Get the sword back to base. Grab the dead kobold too. Samples are always good.
