It's... It's a MAG Assault Rifle. With an Underslung 40mm grenade launcher / 20mm Cannon. Though it looks like it's taken a big hit from age of wear and tear, most of it's markings are already faded, but it seems to have been maintained religiously.

But there's no mistaking it, this is Akras-issued MAG Assault Rifle, you can even see the faded corporate markings on it's stock. Looks like you've been hit with a 20mm cannon round and survived!

What is however likely is that other natives may have various other forms of ancient, decayed Akras gear. Note how that MAG Rifle's primary route of firing is totally fucked. Note how it appears they primarily focused on keeping the much easier to maintain underbarrel intact. They do not have access to top of the line gear. They have access to quite literally ancient handmedowns. At most an ancient drone or turret."

Vigil sits with the people, long since lost to what the others were talking about. It was far to confusing. An ancient gun being found in a place they have never been, made by the company they worked for, meant nothing to him. But, it was unnerving, and he still had so many feeling weld up inside, from what happened earlier.
