(Plus I doubt the natives are going to react positively to just drones. Even in the future there's a need for a more human element, plus its boring writing and doing nothing. If my character dies so be it, as it well its like only Kevak's playing no offense)

[It is possible, like those Imps you've fought before. But feels kind of like Star Trek plot convenience than anything, and 24th century drones would be quite robust against EMP-like interference.]

The doctors and techies as well as Wiznerds are likely to be left behind, and being inside a building-sized vehicle that can probably shrug off Gauss rounds is just where they want to be.

Aria of course is with the group and not in some kind of limbo between existing and not existing.

The group is still currently gearing up for going outside and kind of waiting for Tal to tell them to have fun or to fuck off. Everyone was itching for an adventure, for some excitement after such long period of time of not really doing anything much. You wouldn't go far without the CO's approval on opening the door through the decontamination room, after all.

Frazz looks around, realizes their really isn't anything he needs to bring, since his HUDset has a breathing apparatus and he doesn't need any weapons, shrugs, and takes position by the door.

Keep in mind that archery gear, as well as crossbows can be very very Very lethal, so avoid getting shot at and take cover behind the drones if need be. Zach don't get yourself killed, your status as a Magi means you're as valuable as Frazz. Frazz you're functionally mobile cover. Don't expose your belly to enemy ground troops, avoid spears, don't let your wings get torn. Stay out of melee range, excluding Vigil and Frazz. Vigil primarily because he actually has the training for it and the sword more then capable of cutting through other swords. Vigil don't get yourself flanked. Stay in a group. Stay in radio contact. Call in if you require heavy fire support, we have morters."
