It wouldn't be too unreasonable if Arthur wanted to join in and see the new people, so he can stay if you don't mind and he wants so.

"Yeah, about that.. Turns out we need more money than what's been paid to really retire to a life of Luxery.." A. Carmine said, rubbing the back of his neck slightly.

"Plus we had really terrible luck in the Casino." B. Carmine adds, earning a glance from his brother. "But otherwise we're fine and have pretty much everything that's ours here already. Which isn't much, mind you."

"An Air conditioner here wouldn't hurt, though." One of the Medics mentioned. He is quite large for someone who practices the brain a lot. "Name's Yarrick, used to work in the company's infirmary before they decide to give me a gun and brought me here." He introduced himself, before pointing to a neat-looking aged man next to him. "This is Doctor Alfred, he also used to work in the Infirmary." The man nodded in acknowledgement. "Sir."

Yarrick then gesture towards another man to his side, a small man. "And this is Doctor Hu. Also from the Infirmary." Hu nods, saying "No, I don't have my sonic screwdriver if you're asking."

Doctors grabbed from the Infirmary? they kinda screams 'expendable' or at least disliked enough to be thrown this way to risk their lives on the otherside of the gate.. But they are doctors, so there's that.

Assuming that Arthur decided to break into Tal's interview, begin asking questions.

"Hello guys, my name is Arthur, you've probably heard of me.

"Before we begin the proper interview begins let me ask you guys a question.

"So let's take a guy. We'll call him 'Bob'. 'Bob' went on a mission and then-
Arthur begins to describe the events of the first mission (including the nature of the injuries he received) while changing names and unimportant details to keep it sufficiently vague.

"So 'Bob' has just escaped the collapsing building and he's in the courtyard, all injured and stuff. You see him and you want to help. Remember, the castle is collapsing so evac is priority. Do you:

a) Sedate him (against his will) and then manually carry him to the distant helicopter.
b) leave him alone and let him walk to the helicopter himself.
c) Sprint back inside the castle and try to recover his lost weapon
d) Try to sedate him but after listening to his objections, leave him alone.
e) other (please describe)

"Also, be honest. I'm not the one in charge of deciding who joins the team so feel free to give the answer that you feel is best. I'm just curious what you'll do in an actual combat scenario."

There was a brief discussion between the medics, before they came up with an answer that they all deems the most agreeable.

"We'd sedate the patient with or without his consent. The operation zone is not a place to fuck around, with a collapsed chest, we've got to get him to stop moving as soonest as possible. But instead of running for the distant helicopter, we'd wait around, he'd definitely die if we try to run him that far without a proper stretcher, anyway." Yarrick said.

"Unless we plan to use him as a speed bump to keep the enemies from getting to us, if so then a mixture of morphine and adrenaline will definitely keep him up and shooting for a moment longer, enough for us to gain some distance before he expires as his body fails him." Hu adds.

"But in any case, the last thing a medic would want to do is leave it as is and do nothing. They've hired us to fix people, and that's what we shall do." Alfred adds in the end.

Arthur was confused by this response. Here he is consulting 3 professionals and all of them where saying the same thing; Lalush was right. This still didn't make sense. He felt fine (well at least fine enough), so why was it so important to sedate him. If it weren't for the heli's deciding to attempt a hotzone extraction at the last minute, he would have been dead for sure. Killed at the hands of his very own doctor.

"Well... thanks for answering the question. I wish the best of luck for all of you. I have to go..."

Arthur decided to walk to the main medical ward of the building (if he can). After entering he found the doctor who worked on him (surely he could recognize him) and asked him a question.

"Hi, my name is Arthur. A guy you worked on a while back, now a legendary Fox Hound. I have a question for you. What exactly happened to me on that first mission?" (You may need to Pm the original Gm for an answer)

[Which Doctor? The one who took care of you once you're free from the gate or the one who gave you first aid during the mission? if it's the one who gave you first aid then they're still MIA.]

"I'll put in a request for an airconditioner for you all. Carmines. This time, don't gamble. Most gambling is at least partly rigged anyways."

"Hu, if we find an artifact that is relating to sonic weaponry or equipment. You better bet we'll be getting ya a screwdriver."

"On a different note. Mind listing off your skillsets and equipment?"

"Well, you know us. We drive, and we shoot, and we apparently fix things too." The Carmines nods to each others. "Oh and we got pretty much whatever the free shit they offered, body armor included."

"I'm well aware in the proper social etiquette, fluent in four different languages, not at all too shabby with the arts of fisticuffs, know how to operate firearms and most of all, will be able to fix your bones whenever, wherever with whatever. Fortunately I have the medical supplies they gave me and the tools needed, so you're in safe hands." Alfred said, nodding.

"I do science, I shoot, I think, I stop you from dying. Unfortunately I do not time travel. Yet." Hu said. "Got the offered free gear, doesn't know what to invest money in yet."

Yarrick give a raised brow when the others look as if it's his turn. "What? Oh. Ahem, yeah. Same like the guys, free stuff, definitely can put your bones back in place, and I can stitch you up real good too. I knit as a hobby, you know?"

The Doctor that took care of me back at base. I find it weird that you didn't say Lalush and instead went for a generic field medic.

Arthur received some curious brow-raising, but his Doctor pulls up the records and reads it. "Let's see.. Collapsed chest cavity, four broken ribs, punctured lung, severe blood loss, several other organ injuries and internal bleeding, declared clinically dead once. And we found pieces of stone embedded inside you too. And that's not counting all the physical trauma and muscle damage."

It doesn't sound very pleasant.

The doctor adjusts his glasses in that 'I'm about to dish out some serious science' manner.

"you see, your body doesn't want to die. So what it did was releasing an ungodly amount of natural adrenaline and morphine to negate the injury. while extremely unhealthy, it allows you to push onwards despite the injury and manages to get yourself saved and to good hands. The shock also help your body cope with pain by simply not recognizing that its in agony,  otherwise you wouldn't be able to even stand. All in all, you were very lucky, and I honestly didn't know if you'd make it that time. But you did, and we fixed you up with modern medicine and medical practice."

The doctor nodded proudly. "of course we had to replace your ribs with reinforced fiberglass since ribs don't grow back and yours were too shattered."

The Third Castle: Operation Blackpowder

The day is here! The time is now! You've all been practicing and keeping yourself fit for this day.

Briefing were given, reconnaissance drone have pulled out several days ago, reporting no visible threats or anomalies.
Due to the pitiful size of this 'Castle' and the apparent efficiency of your Squad, Foxhound and it's attachment fireteam will not be sent with the highly effective, highly expensive Infantry Fighting Vehicle. Instead, the two squads will be going with a couple of old, 21st century military surplus JLTVs, cable-carried by a transport helicopter each to be dropped near the AO.

But before anyone can complain and accuse the Company of not caring for it's operative's life and safety, it should be noted that in your JLTVs have a suit of non-modern CBRN suits with dubious origin and quality for each and every one of you. Just in case.

Black pattern, of course.

((Wait. What? Castle is about 7-10 times larger then the Keep, and it was blatantly obvious the Keep only was cracked due to the APC. That logic makes literally no sense.))
