When the chance arrives, Tal finds himself in one of the small cargo holding area near the deployment zone that have been given to the Squad along with their purchases. Whether it was luck or fortune, or misfortune on their part, the whole fireteam have seems to set up camp there at whatever free space they have that doesn't have your stuff on.
You immediately recognize the two Technicians that's checking the newly arrived combat drone,
legged variant. Both of them have the ABS installed already and one's got a rocket launcher on it. You'd expect something like a fully functioning drone with weapons would cost much more than a civilian Humvee, but then again, working for a company that manufacture said drones probably help cut the price down significantly.
It may very well be your first time seeing one kitted and ready for combat, but you're getting side-tracked.
"Hey!" One of the Technician smiles a wide grin and waves at you, you recalls them as the Carmine twins. The ones that drove your APC in that last mission and said they'd retire.
Seeing you approach, the three other that's been more interested in improving their 'camp' than the drone stood up to face you. You looked important enough, after all.
Everything else seems to have been delivered here already as well, with the reconnaissance flyer drone resting ontop of one of the grey boxes that have white letters that read 'Ammunition.' written on it in thick, bold... comic sans.
There are also medkits stacked up neatly on one of the shelves, you guess it was the ones you ordered.
The cargo holding room that you've been given itself is.. standard, you'd say. The two legged drones that you've ordered really ate some space up, but there's still enough floor space for the five to set up camp, and there's still plenty of shelving space for whatever you can fit on it. Give it a month and the place will probably look and feel 'lived in' as the fireteam lives on-site. Believe it or not, living in here would probably be better than living in the dormitory.
