Easily done. Thermal scan shows the inner workings of Akras's compound, there seems to be quite a few Kobolds living in there now. No idea which one is Chad, though.

Frazz systematcally goes through the building, finding the bolds and yelling at them that they can stop hiding. Offer them candy bars if need be.
