Zander will take position and take out the marksman targeting Frazz and any others.

You take cover and recall your Doggos, they obediently pull back from the firefight, wishing that they themselves too have guns.
You try to look for the hidden marksman but couldn't find them, so you shot at a random SWAT officer shooting at Frazz instead. They s'ploded.
"Someone locate that sharpshooter and take it down. Frazz. Wreck the vehicles and go lethal. Someone get drones down there. I want the ward scribed yesterday. Steve stick it in an Anomalous Object Vault. Standard pattern ward. Mobilize any Gate Teams dicking around the compound."
"Got it boss." Steve said and quickly went to take the device away, the Compound isn't in an alarm of lockdown. Most of the people inside are still oblivious to the firefight that's happening outside, including quite a few gate teams that's just dicking about.
They were soon told to get their dicks out for
Harembe Akras and get their asses to the fight.

Frazz toasts any remaing vehicles than leaps headfirst into the brawl.
You breath in and spew a fiery wave of fire at the parked vehicles, melting some of them and scattering the cops. The Melee is largely dead now thanks to Jon's Vulcan, so it's mostly an inside-vs-outside CQC firefight.
Your wing's fucked and bleeding, well, the soft fleshy bits anyway. Non-MAG low-cal bullets can't seems to break your bones.
Just when you were about done toasting cars, though. Pain exploded inside your face as the marksman that's been shooting your horn off finally rolled a success for her called shot and got you in the right eye. your magnificent draconic seeing-orb explodes out into blood and gore as a rifle round rips into it, digging into your skull. Blood flows freely down your face as you lost half of your sight and got fragments of bullets lodged in your brain, just enough to hurt very much and for you to not feel your lower jaw anymore, it hangs uselessly with your tongue lolling out drooling, but most of everything else still works.. you think.

Jon will scan for marksmen. When he finds one, he or she gets zapped with the Repulsor.
You scan around quickly and spot the Marksman hiding in a building across the large road taking potshot at Frazz then fired a Repulsor beam at her. The super-heated air engulfs her in flames as well as the room that she's in, the poor thing screamed all the way down as she fell out of the window and splats onto the pavement, the building is slowly catching fire.
While the fight with a dragon is drawing eyes, you shooting a rogue laser beam at a building and setting it on fire draws even more attention to what's going on.
Yup. There's no way to keep this quiet now, Akras can't explain this shit no more.
Zach will return the police flashbangs to sender with his powers.
Any police officers who decide to run will be tripped.
His remaining arrows are put back into his quiver and he stops floating himself. Then he tries mind control again. Rather than a full possession, he just inserts a single overwhelming desire to defect to Akras in each of their minds.
The Flashbangs blows up, buzzing and blinding people. Your attempts at mind-control were somewhat successful to their confused and flash-banged mind, pausing their firing just long enough for all of the Security and fellow team members present to shoot down the officers. Massacring them with ease as their cover and armor doesn't provide enough protection against MAG rounds.
There are no survivors, just dead, mangled bloody bodies and wrecked, burning vehicles upon a bloody battlefield that some poor janitor's going to have to clean up.
