((Porkins. The kobolds literally came willingly. We didn't enslave, subjugate, or do anything of the sort. They were Hired. The exception being this specific Kobold, who broke into our base to steal our shit and be a general problem. A proper response is terminate the hostile boarder. That isn't grimdark, it's pretty damn reasonable. I have no idea what the hell IG's doing though. Seems out of character for Zach.))

((On the second point you made. In a Combat Situation Tal expects as the commanding officer Immediate responses without Friendly Fire. He gives exactly no fucks what people get up to in their offtime so long as it doesn't cause problems for Akras. He doesn't micromanage people's day by day. In combat situations however, to be blunt. He's watching everyone's helmet feeds. He knows what's going on. It's his literal job to coordinate for maximum effectiveness. And when a squad member literally decides to Punt a team member over the treeline rather then disable a hostile? You can damn well bet there will be a problem in Any military, irl or otherwise. That kind of shit would be completely unacceptable. This isn't grimdark either. In most irl militaries actually, the one who decided to nearly kill their squad member would be both court marshled and potentially killed on a charge of grand sabotague.))
