After some difficulty and patience, 002 informs that summoning an army that size will take too long, and he can't just pop them up in the middle of the building.

One by one, maybe. Though he's got a better idea, something about a curse transmitted by fluids that turns the victims into incredibly violent, incredibly fast and incredibly durable minions.

Curses work fine. Details? Range of casting? Possibilities of built in kill sequences after x time to prevent it from escalating out of control?

"It's not an apocalypse if it's possible to code a killswitch in to just shut it down enmasse. If we can't code one in the option isn't getting approved. Gotta have a killswitch or it has a huge risk of spiraling out of control."

"And what are the chances that the killswitch doesnt work? Huh? NASA didnt launch rockets even if their was only a .5% percent chance of failure. Thats just for a few billion dollars of tech, 6 human lives and 3 years of work, at least. This would mean you are risking literally the entire world, or at the very least every country that is connected to this one, when there are several dozen of safer, normaler ways to do this. And if that doesnt convince you, think of it this way: Even I don't think thats a good idea! This is what i sound like rational! You never hear me like this! I save it for when someones about to do something both stupid and life-threatening on a global scale! LIKE RIGHT NOW!!!! " 

Frazz glares down at the puny human whos going to kill the world. Then his eyes dilate and reset

"On the topic of chemicals. How exactly would you propose we do that? You do realize how hard it is to sneak several trucks worth of toxic chemicals to a spot that they can vent their contents inside a facility right?"

"Yeah, but then Akras would be the only survivors, except for those ton-foil hat people , the people on that doomsday preppers show and a few gaming nerds who imstincively realize headshots are important. That would mean Akras would own the entire world! It would be like... Like... Uber socialism! Tal, i know you are a ruthless bastard willing to do anything to climb the corporate ladder, but wiping out 95% of the human race??!?!"

Akras would basically have total access to anything and everything resourcewise, since we build most things in-house. With minor modifications, we have automated mining drones. In said theoretical apocalypse. We come out on top."

"However. Said theoretical apocalypse would not be ideal and Akras would be better off starting the end of the world after fully prepping. That's why multiple kill switches are a good idea. Even if one fails, the other ten will work. The outbreak Will be isolated to the initial district."

"Have you ever heard of a thing called ethics? Because i dont think you have."

Edit:((Ok, This is kinda dark. Tal doesnt even try to argue the point of billions dead. He also said that Akras would be much better suited to starting the apocalypse after a few modifications. Tal is now ignoring basic human empathy for the better of the company, as well as willing to sacrifice the entire world in order to give his employers power. I think Tal might be a Starcraft Resocialized.))

"Frazz they threw away what mercy they deserved a long time ago. They have done terrible things and I mean terrible, and they threw away their humanity in the process. Why should we give them Mercy??"
