Tal's first generation of Wiznerds lined up to their own respective Monkey cages while Leo slip on an industrial grade gasmask, knowing exactly what's going to happen.

The Wiznerds didn't have any shortage in negative emotions, but they're definitely still going to have fun throwing magic at hapless monkeys anyway. "I cast Acid blood!" one of them yelled as he tosses his own glob of bubbling corrosive blood, causing a few laughter.

Even as the flung globs splatters against the bars and monkey, melting metal and flesh, causing extreme terrible smell that felt like a hard punch to the guts, the Wiznerds still manage out a 'Cool!' while puking out their lunch.

Tal and Jon tanks the smell and didn't have to puke. It's still unpleasant, though.

Scruffy the Janitor wanders in with his mop and bucket and just lean against the wall, taking out his tablet and waits for the testings to be done.

"And that, folks. Is real magic. Y'all wizards now!" Leo exclaimed, excited. Though it was semi-drowned out by screaming bleeding monkeys.

---

And of course Tal gets notified that his team members are being stupid again and is trying to prank each others. A cow bell have been 3D printed, tested in soundproof room by an expendable intern then placed in Vigil's sleeping area inside Foxhound's penthouse, while several.. strictly explicit and not strictly legal contents were found on Zach's computer.

Cleaners apparently have been placing alarm clocks in locked cabinets and drawers all around Zach's sleeping area as well.

Writing an after mission report is going to be hell with all of this bullcrap floating around needing to be dealt with..

De-meritments doesn't seems to bring much concern, the pay was more than worth it.

What do?

Im assuming Frazz can now manuever on the ground with ease overall, and fly with moderate success. Oh, and he also gets the intern to rig a small trigger within the bell, so when the ecurity cam detects movement the bell will ring. Flawless plan.

Alright. Corporate security is to detain the cleaners who aided and abetted for one week. They will be seeing a corporate therapist and will be required to attend multiple mandatory seminars on the results of what happens to those who take bribes relating to more dangerous data. This needs to be nipped in the bud before they start handing out access codes to strike teams from PETA. It's like gateway drugs. You try a minor one and then before ya know it, you're stoned out of your mind and vomiting blood everywhere.

Both Vigil and Zach will have babysitters for the next two weeks until the stupidity and reckless behavior stops. Especially the behavior of their promoting bribe taking among lesser staff. That shit's not okay. We do not need a suicide bomber from PETA waltzing into the compound because someone decided to teach staff that taking bribes was okay. Said sitters will report anything and everything that is a violation of corporate policy. Again, this shit needs nipping in the bud. The cowbell is fine and whoever decided to test it first will be told that it was smart thinking to test it.

Zach specifically will be getting a mandatory seminar on cybersecurity and how to better protect his computer. We don't want documents on magic leaking to the public. Do we?

Scruffy will be getting a halfcredit tip for being a good janitor.

The rest of the first generation of wiznerds will be guided to the Foxhound quarters to let the janitor clean up and abridged versions of the original Book will be handed out. Notably with dangerous things like Paranoia edited out. Best not to let them touch stuff like that until they realize how bad things can go if they fuck up. Tal will begin teaching basic wards and words. Might as well get them started on the basics.

((Frazz was smart. Safe but suitably shocking pranks are good. Shit that can cause corporate security problems down the line by teaching staff poor behaviors are not only bad, but extremely dangerous.))

Frazz decides to go down to the magic practice room to see if Tal has any info on whhat the symbols on his hand meant.

For extra effect, creepy distorted Mooing was rigged to be played when the bell rings.

---

Scruffy thanks Tal, still wearing that half-bored looking old face of his as he pockets the half credit which is probably more than his entire month's salary and began working on cleaning the mess. The putrid smell that would make mass graves blush doesn't seem to bother him one bit as he work on cleaning blood, rotten flesh and shit up like a champ.

The 1st Gen Wizards are being coached closely by Leo and Jon as well as Tal teach them Words and Wards, they seems to be taking Jon's example to heart and play it careful.

They're DnD players, they've worked dozens of sheets detailing every little bit of mathmatic details and fluff before like their lives depended on it. Now their lives literally depends on not fucking up drawing this runic circle and they're taking it like fish to water.

They're learning, and they're having a lot of fun learning.

---

The plot of the prank wars were swiftly nipped at the bud as Cleaners found themselves tackled to the floor and handcuffed by securities under Tal's order. They were then of course hauled off to be re-educated on corporate safety and not taking bribes because that's bad, yo.

Alarm clocks are removed and people can sleep just as well again, making Vigil waste his money without really getting anything.

---

Meanwhile, Tal gets a message from Logistics saying that they've ran out of Monkeys and the shipments they've been ordering haven't made it to Akras yet.

He also gets another message from Accounting reminding him that Foxhound will get paid once he's done writing the after mission report.

---

Clint the dog is showing increased intelligence, and Roxane oftenly escapes from her kennel when left alone and wanders Foxhound's compound.

Often times she is spotted sitting infront of an open book. Usually whichever magazine there is laying around the room.

This one time she was actually spotted with Jon's copy of the Magic book!

Frazz casually greets the WizNerds as they walk out. They all just stop and stare at him. Magic AND Dragons? They unanimously agree that this is the best day ever. Then they squirrel away in the abandoned storage closet that they use as their "nerd-lair."

"So, Tal, i was wondering. Did you ever look at the picture of the symbols on my hand? Considering how powerful they were it makes sense for us to analyze them."

The dog is now to be assigned a Sitter. It's pretty obviously sapient and needs to be observed. If it's seen with the Book again, Tal'll be looking into figuring out a way to communicate with it and will add it to the wiznerd group should that be possible.

While the wiznerd group practices and learns. Tal goes and sits down at the desk to begin writing the report.

Nothing like getting tackled to the ground to provide sufficient emotional shock to make reeducation easy.

((I don't think you're really able to control the wiznerd group. They are in the Foxhound dorms because it's a convenient and secure spot for them to learn.))

"I saw it. It's also been edited to remove potential memetic hazards or entity Foci. I don't want such a foci created Terraside until we have confirmation that 003 is contained or dead."

"Well, iwasnt talking about replicating the whole thing. Obviously, the symbol engraved on me was both a binding-type runescheme and a controlling runescheme. Now, think about what must have been in those runes for the spell to be complete. Knowledge of where i was, what i was doing, ability to see through my eyes, minor mind-influence, ability to remotely inflict magical effects, ability to restrict my movements. All of those different spells are most likely in that engraving in some form. You yourself compared the runes to binary. Really cool, powerful programs are made of thousands of sub-routines. Considering that 0003 did in fact enscribe me with these runes, it seems logical to assume he doesnt control magic unconciously. Hes bound to using the same magical format that we are. It certainly wouldnt be hard to extract those subroutines. Imagine a rune engraved on a bullet that allows you to track exactly where it goes at all times? Or a brand that could be used to paralyze someone as long as they have that mark on them? See what im getting at?'

"Frazz. A few things. It was very clearly a Foci. 003 literally dumped a significant portion of itself into you through the Foci. The runes themselves were not responsible and simply provided a Path of Least Resistance. Two. Bullets warp on impact and inflight. I don't think bullets will be plausible to use."

Jane doesn't have a place. She sleeps in the Company's high capacity dormitory along with literally hundreds of other system analysists.

"The runes did not allow 003 to do something. What happened was You let it in. I have a feeling it could have just forced its way in though if it wanted but convincing You to let it in was the least energy intensive route. It added the runes specifically to make getting in Easier."
