You all feel a lowering sensation as if riding a particularly fast elevator downwards. They haven't dropped you yet but will probably do it soon.

Maximus slams his back into his seat and his harness clips into place, holding him there. "Roma Invicta!"

Jenny does the same, slamming herself into her harness that clings around her. "..."

Vigil double checks that his sword won't pop out of its sheath, nor would his knife, aND sat down to strap himself in, smileing wide and thinking of the look on the face of his first alien kill.

Then you all feel a lurch as the cables holding your vehicle were released, dropping the APC down onto the hard ground where it's suspensions groaned in protest, you could feel your lunch knocked up your throat but nobody puked. Although you probably really feel like you could use one.


The armored vehicle immediately move forward at full throttle, then. Ripping itself off of it's base. "Alright, approaching the keep now.. will start circling in from two hundred yards." A. Carmine informed from his driver's seat.

Tal pops the top hatch and begins scanning out of it in all spectrums.

Aria checks all weapons, including those not hers, for damage or jams.

"I didn't like that landing. Remind me to take it out on someone later." He double checks to make sure his sword and Knife are still there, before remembering that he has a gun, and, carelessly pulls it out, checks the clip, puts it on safety, and hustlers it again.
"Hey leader. What color do they bleed? Five shiny ones on red. Or white. I call them both."

Using the scanner, it seems that 200 yards is still way too far for your hand-held scanner to be of any use.

The APC begin it's approach circle, closing down to 180 yards. Also still nothing on the scanner, the fog might be adding to the cause.
