Vigil looks upon the scene as it unfolds. His teammate randomly stabbing the monkey, the horrible stench as the blood boils and froths. Melted metal. He didn't even remember touching a bottle since the day before the tournament,
"Nope. To drunk for this. Aria, if you want me, I will be in my tent on the edge of camp."
And off he went in a daze. Nearly stumbling over flat ground. Rubbing his head, which throbbed in protest of the new information.

"Leo? Oh, right. That guy. We brought him here?

Look for this 'Leo'. Ask for the finest knife he has.

"Next they will tell me that there is a bell that impregnates people with cow babies."

"Yes. We did bring him. He's the designated Artifacer currently."

"I'll look for him then."

Jon then hears Vigil mumbling to himself during his search for Leo.

"There are cowbells. We don't know what they do, but impregnation by eldritch cow is one of our leading theories at the moment. Should you see a cowbell, ignore it as much as you can. No looking at it, no talking to it, no breaking it."

Vigil stops midwalk and just sits down. He doesnt say a word, or moves another inch. He just sits there, effectively mind broken to the world.

"Alright guys, maybe give him a break. We have time, it doesn't have to be all at once." Aria says, before walking over to Vigil. "Come on now, let's get you back to your tent..." Aria says, gently helping him up and helping him towards his tent.

Vigil will slowly comply, every once in a while, looking at her to say something, and just looking away confused. As they get closer to the tent, however, she can hear him mumbling something about a dream, under his breath.

Aria just lets him talk. Unless he talks directly to her, in which case she will respond at that time. When they get to the tent, she helps him into a chair/on the matress/whatever, and sits down.

"I don't know if you drank before you entered the tent or not, but I can tell you I saw it too."

Jon finds Leonardo resting in the Artificer's area. And true to word, he has so many iron ritual knives. Boxful of them, even.

Vigils words seem to stop abruptly as a bit of a snore comes out. Any farther checks would show that he passed out due to the stress of it all. He will be fine in the morning. Its possible that everything was saying up to that point was him sleep talking. Though, you could have sworn you heard him say something weird and less intelligible than you thought it was.
Changing that in the morning to something a lot less awkward.

Zachary takes the monkey carcass to the edge of the camp and ties it to a post with a sign reading 'Alan' tied around its neck. Zach proceeds to chop the monkey up into as little pieces as possible in a fit of rage.
