Utilize a combination of teleportation and invisibility to dodge the creature's attacks and strike at the brain to kill it.

Balrog crashes through the wall with a loud "Huzzah!" and charges straight at the faceless man, but huh?...where'd it go?
It teleported behind him! The faceless man strikes the robot toaster from behind with its scythe-like weapon, but it's not enough to get through Balrog's heavy armour.
Balrog flies into the sky and unleashes a barrage of missiles at the thing's general area, but it uses a combination of teleportation and invisibility to dodge them all then throws its scythe at the toaster, crippling his wing and causing him to fall to his death. The faceless man calmly retrieves its weapon and walks away.
