Helium, in reality, didn't have balloon powers. So instead, he just stabs the girl's other cheek (the one that isn't injured.)

Rubidium is made of explosions. Explosions are a nice compliment to stabbings. Say, a knife with rubidium coating. Lots of explody stabs. All we have to do to acquire this power, is stab the rubidium.
