Yep when the Gm docent update when he/she says that they will late you know you have a dead game...

You try to hit a bat with a bit of fleshmancy. You hit it, and it elongates into a snakelike shape. In the end it falls to the ground and screeches loudly. This gains the attention of manycave creatures, but the centipede has other things on its mind right now.

You run up to the centipede and fleshmancy two of the segments together. While you are successful in doing so, it still has thirty of forty functioning segments. Including one very angry head segment which is now looking directly at you and your party. Its mandibles are dripping green ooze and it's eyes are a beady dull red.

As you are sneaking by another group member attracts its attention. Its mandibles are now facing towards Old Greg and you're behind its head and to its right a little bit. Your still two or three segments away from the head.

You dash away from the group to an outcropping of rocks. You then calmly observe the surroundings as the sounds of screaming bats and angry centipedes fill the cavern. It seems that most of the nutrients in the cave filter through from the river. Dissolved minerals, bacteria, and other particles make up the basis of the food chain. Filter feeders then eat those, and the filter feeders are then eaten by larger prey. This continues upwards until you hit an apex predator. In addition the mushrooms seem to be feeding off ambient magical energies in addition to decay and compose a completely distinct food chain.

The bats seem to be mostly fist sized, at least the one's you can see are. They are eating flying bugs which flitter between mushroom caps. Occasionally one will try to catch a fish which has swam to eat something on the surface.

At that moment a second centipede entered from a side tunnel. It heard the impatience of the fleshmancers sounds of its partner in pain. It too sees your party,

At some point the squidman decided that you all were more trouble than you were help and has disappeared silently. No one saw him go, he was just gone all of a sudden.

Observe Barro leave, and seeing the second centipede come in, follow him, AFTER having confirmed I still have Fleebler in my pack. Once at the outcropping examine the flying insects, and see how close they are at me.
