The wounds are superficial. Time will be the best healer, and the most you can do is apply antiseptic and painkillers.

Engineering itself is relatively unharmed, except the mechanical failure on the door.

((I don't think you'll be getting much feedback on surveying for damage to be honest - the ship map shows all the breaches.))

"Doesn't look to bad." The doctor says to his patient. "In fact, you don't even really need medical attention, but I could put bandages and antiseptic over the few small cuts if you wanted. I also have some aspirin with if you want that too."

Examine the lab. Does to come equiped with an isolation chamber of sorts, for when work has to be done  with chemicals you don't want in open air?
