There's a button that's 3rd from the top right that says "print sceen".  When you press that, it copies an image of your screen, just like "control-C" copies a word or phrase.  Open up an image file editor like "MS-paint" and select "paste" from the menu - a version of your screen will appear.  Edit out the screen frames, add text or anything else want and save as a .png or .jpeg file.  Take that image file and host it on a free image hosting site like "imgur" or "500px" and get a link to that hosted picture - that's the url you use to post pics.

What OS are you using? On Windows there is an application called the "Snipping Tool". You open it up, press "New", box-select the area for the screenshot, and choose how to save it.
