1+1.2 = 2.2
If you have no gear slowing you down and added four points to speed you will have a speed of 2.2 and thus two actions a turn

...I was thinking of it as the max 1+4 = 5; 0.3 x5 = 1.5 + 0.4 [Hunter/Damphyr Class bonus] = 1.9 so...it'll not reach a new 'turn' despite anything.
Meaning 2.9 being the highest the hunters can go thus far.
Only the Damphyr can reach the bonus 0.8 {Double Speed Focus though}. Meaning a whopping 3.3.
The priest is next with a 0.2 along with the sorceress.

there isnt actually any "speed" stat.
its parameter, just + or -. Then further in conculations that GM will make he will do all him self what needed. Dont forget that even if its 1.9 it rounds to 1.

Noticed a small error on Tiruin's sheet. She only has 2.6 speed, but has +4 to evasion and 3 actions per turn.

EDIT: Oh wait, the Silken Robe adds 1 to evasion, so that's alright. Still, the actions per turn are wrong.

In a nutshell, In Character means things that your character says and knows and Out Of Character means things that you say and know.

IC thread is for roleplaying game stuff and OOC Thread is for discussion on game mechanics, error spotting and so on. Think of it something like:

IC Thread = PC game

OOC Thread = forums about PC game
