Develop enzymes to carry the bacteria into our weapons
Enzymes don't work that way. They're large proteins that act as catalysts and as a result can be used for all sorts- breaking down toxins, being toxins, digestion, destroying organelles etc., but they can't move something with purpose, really. Not unless the cell's designed to act in a certain way in the presence of a certain enzyme.

The closest you can get is transport proteins that move things around a cell/through the cell membrane.

attempt to decrease the time it takes for the regeneration of our poison barbs
Maybe this could be achieved by making the barbs like teeth so there is a second barb which takes the place of a used barb?
Or it could  improve it  by increasing the potency of the venom instead of the regeneration if necessary?

we don't have any sensory organs, do we?

Develop a series of tubes and pathways to more efficiently move matter around our body, develop a specialized cell that can bond with things like oxygen and nutrients to transport them around our body, then develop a simple organ that moves these cells through the tubes by expanding and contracting, basically, the organ is a tube that can close at two ends, one end will open, the organ will expand to let the stream in, the 1st side will close the 2nd side will open and the organ will contract, pushing the cells through. same basic principle as our jets. do this rapidly to quickly move nutrients and oxygen around.

ok, form a center for the nerves, creat an organ in the center of our body that will serve as a nerve center, build a simple encoding system that will allow us to store basic memories, and coordinate actions. Then have some nerve endings form on the surface of our skin, these are sensitive enough to detect wave movements in the water, use this to detect nearby cells to avoid them.

start eating plants, as well as forming schools for protection.

Also, form our cells into more compact strands, instead of unorganized mass, this should give us greater strength, as well as finer control of individual movments.

We already are falling behind because all we do is evolution which weakens us on a short time basis, we should focus on expanding our food sources and digestion and such

We should also try to develope smell, that way we could more actively find food and avoid predators, assuming we don't already have smell.

Also, should we consider migrating?

inprove our digestive system by developing a series of specialized organs instead of just one, also make an organ that is designed to destroy any viruses that go through the digestive system.

There's no viruses in the environment at all.
Whatever is being infectious, I don't know the correct term.
