I'm on the final run, I have literally ALL night to finish this (no work, no school, no prior commitment)

So I've brewed some earl gray and turned on the nightcore gaming mix and I'm getting this done.

Expect the save sometime before midnight and a write up soon to follow

And the king isn't dead... he was just chillin in the caverns? IDK, is that normal to have a dwarf go "missing" and then reappear?

Also, we may have a vampire, people keep being found dead and I have no idea why, sooooo...

Can you move me to the bottom of the list? I'm doing a different fortress right now and won't be able to take my turn right away once Ryukan is finished.

As it turns out, pulling every lever in the fortress wasn't as good of an idea as it sounded like at the time.

The Save; I had to stop at summer to meet the deadline. But the Cathedral is finished...

I must admit, this was a very hectic week. I'm just glad I finished the cathedral. Can someone use Armok Vision to view it in 3D?

Holy bells, i do like that. Thanks for the images Japa.

Imagine walking up the 50 or so z's to the top of the tower, and emerging into the morning sun with a golden chapel behind you.

Immortal, are you okay with being next? If not, then we've officially reached the bottom of the list for the first time, and will be entering free-for-all overseer mode. :D

After two turns, (or if no one signs up) put me on the list, but give new players a chance first

Is there really noone else to take up the mantle for our beloved Tower?  I mean I certainly can, but I feel like playing again so soon makes me obliged to put an end to this madness, once and for all.

Props to Ryukan, that is one seriously swag temple :)  I'm curious, what is our current height?

Heck, I'll do you one better - here's the keys to the tower. Enjoy, report often, max two weeks, use DF40.24, don't kill everyone, and build us something awesome.

While eating breakfast this morning, I realized I had not written a write up yet, I'll do it right now... After my movie of course

Shoot, I might regret this, but I'm free this weekend.

Are you sure you want me constructing something?

Will this monstrosity even load still above 6 FPS?

I mean, what can top an inverted church where the bell is underneath the chapel?

ROFLMAO!!!

I just uploaded my save for this tower and decided to see what would happen if one were to revove the supports of the bottom floor. The result?

My Computer's FPS jumping off the cliff and an hour or so of me watching, as floor by floor of our precious tower fell to its demise. Oddly enough, the only survivor was a dwarf who was on the top floor when the tower collapsed.

That lone dwarf then named Himself King and that's where I left it...
