Ashlyssa finished her plate, but didn't refill it. Over-eating would leave her sluggish and sleepy if anything should happen. Instead, she pushed her plate away and folded her hands on the table to wait for everyone else to finish.

Theor finished eating his generous fill of the offered food, a staunch believer that breakfasts should be rich and dinners light. He also wasn't fond of wasting anything, but he was certain the hungrier members of the group could probably for those of frugal nature.

Alisa finished the food she had gathered on her plate, by now she knew how much it took to fill her and hadn't taken a crumb more.
