Andrzej continues his observations of the Masters and Servants for now, as does Lancer. They'd probably have to head back soon, but for now... Well, Lancer wanted info. Andrzej just wanted someone to fight.

Andrzej
He finds nothing much else about everyone, as they seem to be retreating.

Neo Kyoto City

Everyone
You have retreated to your homes and rested. Nothing has happened, but you get the feeling something might, soon enough.
Everyone has regained 10 Prana.
Conall's Caster loses 10 Prana for upkeep of the Temple.

Having finally finished carving out the circle and making the required ingredients, John begins the final preparations for the ritual somewhat late.

"Here goes nothing!"

Arthur and Lancer begin to look around the city for enemy masters.

Wander around, try to be discrete. Watch for masters in combat.

Finishing all preperations, John begins his chant.
"Heed my call, come forth from the circle of binding guardian of scales!"
A blinding light radiates from the circle as the area is filled with mana...
As the light dissipates John can see a figure in the circle. "Greetings... Are you my master?"
"I am indeed. Come, there is much to do and discuss.

Toast pops up, only to be snatched by a young girl who throws it on a plate, smothers it in jam, and proceeds to sit down and devour it while chugging a tall glass of Orange Juice. Earbuds where in their battle stations, and she had changed into a long jacket over her skirt.

Across the long table was, once again, Archer. In front of him, instead of a filled plate, was a map of the city with certain locations circled in pencil. He looked over it once again thoughtfully, before making another mark over the Temple.

"...How great is the Magnus Association's control over the local police forces?"

Napoleon looked down at the map, the police stations marked with triangles.

"Mumph?" was the response, and Kaho pulled out her earbuds and swallowed an impressively large mouthful of food.

"You are part of the Association, you should know. How strong is your control over the local police forces?"

"...I don't know...I really never paid close attention to things like that until recently. You...aren't planning on getting normal humans involved in the War, are you?"

"Of course not...It is the Police Forces job to stop people from shooting each other on the streets, is it not? They can hardly be considered normal people!"

"A-archer you can't be serous!"

"I am not. Normal police men would just give our enemies Prana if they tried fighting. They may be able to take out a lone master, but I would rather trust that task to a Heroic Spirit on our side. A war is not won on firepower alone. The Police seem to be our best bet for logistics, receiving Information from around town, and controlling Mortals. I could get you a gun from them, send some around town to report any incidents, restrict the Temple...They have many uses unrelated to fighting."

"...This still doesn't feel right..."

"You are thinking about this the wrong way! Please understand. I can also implement curfew, and use them to keep Normal people safe. See? Its a good thing. We are saving lives."

"...I...I understand. I trust your plans, Archer."

"Wonderful. Finish your Breakfast, then we deploy..."

Kaho and Napoleon attempt to use Convince on the local police forces, taking them under control if possible. If successful, they send out patrols to report any strange activity (such as Servant battles destroying entire streets  :P), tape off and report anything happening in the Temple, and to hand over equipment to Napoleon.

Arthur sighs, going into a restaurant with Lancer. "Let's stop here and eat."

After a while, the two are seated.
"So... Are we just going to go around looking for enemy masters?"
"Indeed. After we eat, of course."

The two get their meals, and eat.
"...This is delicious...! The food of this era is amazing!" Lancer speaks, almost shouting.
"...You've never had Eggs Benedict? It's a popular breakfast in the west."
"No, no I haven't. This is absolutely divine!"

After a while, the two finish eating and then continue their search for enemy masters.
