Paint surges from the barrels of the team's weapons with a rather disappointing SPLURT noise, and enough lands on the perp's face that you can see he is surprised to still be standing and not lying on the floor with chunks missing. The rod falls to the ground, and the awkwardly floating blob of paint is twitching in place, as if unsure which direction to go.

Shakily, unsteadily, the floating glop of paint lowers to the floor. The air around it flickers - it hurts to look at - and a man appears, covered in paint and with his hands on his head.
