Interested. Perhaps competitive in the civilizations sense, as in while they each are trying to win they can use diplomacy to get there way. In addition they could each have a unique win condition?

House of Conquest, please.

What version of vampires are you using? Do you have to drain someone dry to convert them into a vampire? Does every bite come with a mandatory conversion? Can vampires cross running water? Do vampires have to ask permission to enter houses?

Just want to say it all looks good, just in case you were waiting. Liking the lore so far, great read. I imagine the other houses will incredibly interesting to write, compared to the rather standard high class and bestial vampire types.

Got it. Basically, I'm just going to port the mechanics of Enemy Unknown, and spray a vampiric skin on it. I got the game, so I'm going to go ahead and play through that, and emulate that game to here. Also, going to get the strength and weaknesses of vampires in general here, along with some fluff regarding the origins of the vampires (it's not going to have anything to do with the typical pseudo-Christian weaknesses vampires usually have)

Vampires in General

Undead Creatures of the night

Immortality allows them potentially limitless quantities of wisdom
All Vampires have increased physical abilities, which only increase the older and more housed the vampire is.(begins at Captain America level, and slowly grows stronger overtime. Oldest vampires are about as physically powerful as Asgardians, and abilities possibly strengthen these abilities further

Have magical abilities, in both vampire and house types.

They must consume life force. Life force comes from human beings, and though blood bags hold some life force, drinking directly from the source instantly quenches the thirst, whereas blood bags simply keep the vampire going, but not satisfied. Animal blood only serves to make the vampire crave human blood more

Vampires cannot go out into the sun or be submerged or drenched in water. Vampires combust in the sun, and vampires sink in water, with attempts to swim being futile, as water acts like air to vampires, so they are stuck on the bottom unless they walk to shore. Deep water eats vampires like acid.

Vampires are lethally harmed by Dhampyreen weaponry and magic. These weapons are the only things capable of killing vampires. More conventional weapons can hurt them, but they will heal and come back to life afterwards.

Cutting off the head disables the vampire, and staking the heart weakens and causes the vampire's abilities to be disabled. They can heal from this if the stake is removed, however.

More possible, should I think of anything else.

To convert a human to a vampire is in 3 stages.

Declaration: Declare you want to be a vampire. It's the vampires' choice to accept or decline. If the vampire accepts his declaration, the vampire must give the human a drink of vampiric blood. When the human drinks this blood, he gains minor vampiric abilities.

Demonstration: The human must prove himself to the vampires who are converting him. If he does so, he will be eligible for the next step. Otherwise, he will stay this way, or if he fails, he will die by the vampires' whim.

Integration: He will die by way of the House. He will then be reborn a vampire.

Found an RPG system I could use for the tactical gameplay, if you like.
