Moskurg Camo program

The foolish Arztoskans only have camouflage on their own uniform, well we have camouflage on EVERYTHING!!!! Trucks? Check. Tanks? Obviously. Soldiers? Of course! Machine gun nests? Definitely. How about planes? We will make them look like the clouds! Guns? P-lease. Even trains? Don't you understand the meaning of everything?
Sure, +1. This will be glorious.

How about IR goggles?

Spoiler (click to show/hide)

You could just have a guy who sits in a bunker with goggles and an IR spotlight and he scans around for hidden enemies. That would eliminate early warning advantages for camoflauged/night-attack troops on defended positions.
I think that's too big of a leap.
USSR made IR goggles for their light tanks before WWII broke out. And we have recoiless rifles, so... Yeah, its not a leap.

+1 to camo on everything.

Shaped charges would be most likely to succeed on a design, they're non-trivial. Camo would be reasonable for a revise.

So, just to be clear, camo would work as a revise for putting camo on basically everything? Vehicles, planes, soldiers, trains, etc?

Sure- if you get a good enough roll for High Command to go ahead with it. It's just paint.

Alright, then the camo program is a revision. What do we need to design, currently?

My vote is grenades. They should help in both the close fighting of the jungles and in the primarily infantry only fights of the mountains.

What's the benefit of grenades over shaped charges, out of curiosity?  [I am aware they are different things, I'm just fuzzy on what you mean by shaped charges.]

What about AP rounds for our Rhino and tank?

Optics. Periscopes and magnifying telescopes for tanks to improve awareness, accuracy, time to fire, and range, as well as allowing for indirect fire. Infantry scopes for rifles and automatic weapons to allow for accurate long range engagement. Magnifying crosshair lenses for pilots to allow for better long range shooting and bombing. Binoculars and monoculars for officers, scouts and artillerymen to aid in spotting and coordination.

Grenades are nice, but they can't take out actual tanks.  +1 to AT Mines, provided they'll go off for the SPGs as well as the enemy tanks. Changing vote for Grenades, as they're more useful than optics.  Certainly so in the jungle.

I'm still currently torn between using our design stage for a Quickfire Autocannon or AP rounds for the design stage. arguments anyone?

The arztoskans are going to use it for sure, so I think we'll have to get this first. Also sorry for messing up.
