I dunno, we're getting pretty close. At the very least we can bomb the railroad they use to bring troops to the battlefied.
They have their troop trucks. They're the reason why they can still get Ore from the Mountains despite us bombing their trains to heck.

Glory to Arstotzka.

Yeah! Useless pistol FTW!

Anyway: Load HP ammo in all our SMGs
Bomb industry and railway using our new bomber.

could you can the sarcasm please? With how sensei explained how he does equipment the pistol is actually pretty useful.

No. I suppose there are similarities, but I'm fairly certain angry birds doesn't let me charge into a battalion of knights with a car made of circular saws.

Hehe, silly you, assuming Moskurg won't need days to complete their revision phase.  :P

sensei posted a reply there not much before he revised our wounderful new(old) glorious instrument of war. I assume that was their revision?
not looking at their thread can lead to a lot of guessing.

well, If they haven't agreed to anything, I suppose they will find an agreement before sensei comes online again.

If I were them I would focus in the jungle... mountains are very hard to conquer, due to very asymmetrical equipment at the mines, they have little hope to break in the plains anythime soon and the desert is nothing mroe than a buffer ( it is clear we get our home resources until war is lost). Jungle however would give them the materials they desperately need. I think one of the main reasons we are winning is because we can afford to throw resources at problems while they can't.

Totally. Luckily, the fact that they won't have that many tanks anymore should mean we can hang to the jungle this turn.

I hope so. I really want to work on a new fighter next turn, but if they take the jungle we are going to need a design to deal with it.

Yeah, maybe we could have done something about this.

I shudder to think what will happen if they make their Hippo reliable.

No. They have armor, after all.

Schürzen will happen. Also, we should create Tank Guards (he) that would ride on tanks and shoot any Hippos, Rhinos, guys with mines or anything really. They would benefit from some armor, too, since they would be mostly sitting on a tank. Uniform revision next turn, much?

By the way, we should totally waste a design turn on making huge Arstotzkan flags to be carried by our officers, if we don't have them yet.

what happens is that we get slat or spaced armor of our own. ( which seems to me a better revision than a pistol but whatever)
and cross fingers.

I still wonder what kind of design we could make to counter them.
Maybe a tank/armored car able to navigate in the jungle? a grenade launcher? defoliant?

oh, actually....
parachutes?

I support. Though don't we have them already? We just need a cargo/troop plane.
Spoiler: gib parachutes (click to show/hide)

we do have parachutes, but they are likely not optimal for dropping into a combat situation.
As for the plane... what is the difference between 2 tons of bombs and 2 tons of meat? it may not be a comfortable ride, but it could work.

in fact, perhaps we could try it this year with an order. something like:

' load a squad of our bombers with men equipped with parachutes and their usual weapons ( don't forget RPGs for anti tank). Then drop the men in the jungle, behind the frontline. try to pick a place without too much flak ( the canopy should offer protection)'

our bombers are merely expensive, we can probably afford 10 or so of them to test a possible tactic.
assuming a man and equipment weights 150 kg, we are looking to 13 men per plane. 10 if we want to make them comfortable.
of course, being dropped through a bomb bay is not comfortable at all to begin with.

We shouldn't Russian this thing, really, let's check if those parachutes actually work, we have time.
Also, jumping from a bomber isin't that unique thing at all.

parachutes work. our aviation ace used one some time ago and lived just fine. I am more worried about being shot in the air and getting tangled in trees, but those are things you learn by testing on the battlefield. ( speaking about getting tangled... our troops don't have knives, do they?)

And yes, I didn't expect it to be an unique idea. Just pointing out that it is not quite comfortable compared to a craft designed for this kind of work.

They might not be suitable to carry down 150kgs of guns, ammo and muscular manly men, though.
