No one considers bombing to be a war crime, but a bunch of people consider hollow points as such. That's what's important.

I had an idea about our encryption. Have our soldiers use double-encryption via transposing from two cyphers. All messages have a header that contains a code for what set of punch-cards to use to decrypt.

If you guys want, you can also use an Espionage action to create a non-mechanical cipher and teach the rules to your officers, instead of/in addition to using the Tiger's Whisper system.

Such a system is likely to be broken just as fast as the old system. Our current mechanical cypher can't, as of yet, be decyphered by the enemy, and I hope they can't easily build a system to crack it.

Also, Our soldiers will mainly use our Nosins with attached scopes for sniping purposes, since that is our best long range rifle(the only problem it had was accurately aiming out that far really)

Rest assured your soldiers/commanders are smart enough to do this on their own. The Nosin is already their choice sharpshooting weapon.

So, for our national sport I propose we have capture the hill! Basically soxing involves thirty players, splicing into two teams of 15, the teams then attempt capture a place (traditionally a hill) while using little bags full of water (affectionately called bollons) as weapons, if you get hit by one, the force causes it to pop, the person then needs to go to where the leader of the team (chosen by drawing straws!) is located, the leader will then pardon them for their failure and give them a few more bollons. They continue like this for five more round (minimum, if one of the teams makes a comeback then it may last for longer.) and the losers will sit in a box known as "the box of fake Moskurgians"! How glorious!
