You hear a voice from the depths of the Oubliette
"I'm ok with that!"
Put a crate or a toilet over that hole, I don't want to hear animal cries of a tigger.
Revise our uniforms to include ghille suits or something? We really just need to hide better before we get scopes of our own.
Or more planes, really. Maybe dedicated sniper-hunting planes.

From what I've read about snipers, the good counter are other snipers, or artillery. Why don't we start a doctrine of just sending an RPG rocket each time a sniper shoot at us?

keep in mind that a lot of their efficiency with artillery comes from spying our radio . After we stopped using radio, things improved. And they should improve again. Besides, not much we can do with a revision here.

also: I think I heard somebody in the oubliette volunteering for testing my new personal project. A man rated 1m rocket able to reach Moskurg from here. man rating will be achieved by taping the volunteer on the top.

Too unnacurate.

Sniper hunting with planes is a bad idea. Very ineffective, and a great way to get shot by ground fire.

Plus, require way too much coordination.

Anything that we can revise to counter their snipers?

honestly, I don't think so. As stated, the best counter to snipers are snipers, which require a design.

We could try to steal their optics. Alternatively, we could revise one of our gun to make it an opticless sniper.

an opticless sniper is a small patch that is not that effective and will likely be outclassed as soon as we design optics, which I imagine isn't far in the future.

Well, then we're stuck in the mountains. We should have an edge in the plain with our good radio. Could we revise our artillery to improve it?

What about rocket-assisted projectile for our artillery?

that... uh...

I actually like that. Not sure how feasible. But if we make it count as an artillery shell, we might be able to do it in a revision... and it solves our range problem.
and gives us the rocket tech I always crave for. ( we are going to beat americans to the moon)

Yeah, it'd just be one more round for our artillery.

We need more rockets, what about some kind of rocket pack to make a limited jump or help our paratroops land.
Or a rocket booster to help our planes get out of trouble.
+1 to Adding rocket weapons to our vehicles.

We actually have the tech to make RAP, after all, our mortars apparently work like that.
I approve, this is a good idea (and will get us a step closer to Spess Marines).
