How do you feel about the use of guns in this setting?

We know how to make them and they're useful, mainline production.

If we could figure out a magical/magitech way of storing antimatter we could create some very...interesting things. Like grenades. Antimatter grenades sound fun.

Antimatter grenade == tiny nuclear bomb, but probably still dangerously high yield. Not safe to throw.

Alright. Land mines? If the magic keeps it stable enough, long-range mortar rounds? If not, figure out how to create it at a distance, and just create some right next to whoever you're fighting?

I think the major problem is going to be containing the stuff; most of the dwarves will probably love seeing the things go off, and you yourself said making antimatter isn't too difficult. For the container we just need a good powersource and a strong container, unless it's purely magic.

There is no material you can use to hold antimatter besides more antimatter, which would itself need to be held. The physical container could as easily be glass as adamantine, for all the good it would do. You absolutely need to contain any stored antimatter using powerful and nonmaterial force fields, whether they be magical, electromagnetic, gravitational, or otherwise.

I guess you can also get it really, really, really cold, but you'd need to shield it from any inbound heat, like light, single particles of cosmic radiation, and the occasional persistent neutrino to keep it that cold.

It's extremely difficult to make, but if you have high-precision magical powers, the actual changes that need to be made are AFAIK very small.

I would actually recommend any antimatter-magic munitions make no attempt to contain it, since that would be a constant drain on energy, but rather only create it when triggered.

If it's just a create-when-triggered thing then we don't even need to do anything to figure out how to control it; just create some on the spot when it gets to it's target. That's still probably limited to a mortar shell of some kind though. Landmines also work, but they're a bit more dangerous to have planted around the place.
