Also remember we fucked up history bad, like really bad. For all we know Nazi Germany might not be lead by Hitler, hell if anything Hitler would probably base his fascistism on Forenian Nationalism, since we somehow managed to do it better by convincing our people to hate the abstract concepts of other nations then minorities our people could possible humanize.

Can't we just stay neutral, helping or hindering one side or the other whenever it is convenient? We have our own war to focus on, we can't be sending troops to fight in some stupid foreign war.

So anyway. Things were discussed in the Discord. There was a brief salt explosion over how many, if any, bonus designs Forenia should get to make up for the extra year(s) Turbados got. Eventually Sensei said

So whilst this is not necessarily set in stone, let us operate under the assumption that this is what will happen.


The next issue, discussed in the Forenia-only Discord channel, was how to spend our early designs. I think we more or less managed to agree on something like this:

Bonus Design: Torpedoes. Probably wet-heat, designed to be dropped from planes. Wet-heat torpedoes were more or less perfected in 1908, though improvements continued to be made. When dropped from planes they behave slightly differently, though the basic mechanism is the same. We shouldn't even need a revision to have them work from ships as well.
Bonus Revision: Probably also torpedoes, fixing any issues that come up. Especially adding wooden stabiliser fins like the Japanese Type 91 would be useful, greatly improving the speed and height at which the torpedoes can be dropped- making it much safer for our bomber pilots.

I think a policy of neutrality would be good. But we can just react to things as they come up instead of making a foreign policy now. After all, the only real foreign policy that matters is beating Turbados!

Thing is, Sensei has said that whenever one side joins one faction in the second world war, the other side automatically joins the other faction of the world war.

Here's a thought, we need a national anthem, so why not make it sso we join the side that has the composer of the composition we select for our national anthem.
