"Is that all?"

The reply was as simple, calm and disinterested as always:

Afterward, he wandered out into the streets, keeping his eyes out for other members of the group.

"Aww."

"Did you see where Isaac go, then?"

Aenbarr took a moment to try and see if he could recall something...

"No, I didn't."

With no possibility of a horse-ride, Larini decided to try heading into town and looking around. She was hungry.

She wandered around for a bit, before hse realised she may have gotten a teensy bit lost again. Fortunately she spotted Cryrl, looking like he wasn't doing much. Four eyes, score one.

"Oh! Hey, Cryrl!"

"Oh, hey Larini!" Cyryl smiled and waved with the hand carrying the heal staff. "What are you up to?"

"Well, this spider was hungry, so I thought I'd look for food, but I can't find any and I still don't have moneys."
"And this spider may be teensyish bit unsure of where I am precisely."

"Well, to be honest, I've only ever heard it been called 'the base', so I don't know if this town has a proper name or anything."

Pasco stood largely by himself, tossing the gem lightly up and down... in all honesty, he'd had his fun with it and getting the crusaders to chase him, but at this point it would probably be better off sold (never making its way back into Domini hands, heh). And accordingly Pasco went out looking for a jeweler to go sell the gem.
Go find somewhere to sell that gem!

"...I feel like you think that's the upper limit. Why am I getting that impression?"

"My clan was big, and there were nearly seventy spiders in it. There's a lot more more than seventy humans here. There's so many of you... how do you remember everyone's name?"

"I uh... I don't? Heck, the only people I know here are the ones we were fighting along with earlier today. But big human cities can have thousands of people in them."
