No bonus to construction on that?

Also, remember, you don't have to outrun the Cyclops; you just have to outrun Fluffy.

Right! Will edit that once I get home (using my phone) but I'm not sure those two extra points are going to make a big difference. I'll have to check my notes.

Be happy it's just a cyclops. You rolled pretty well on a few secret rolls. The end result was a cyclops. Lucky you.

Accepted, your action for the day should be some sort of entry thing or something.

I just have to post about this because I'm still just dumbfounded by the sheer luck that just happened. Kilikan is so lucky that the NPC rolled a natural 20. I had already written up your death post before I realized Fluffy was there. Then Fluffy rolLS A NATURAL 20! I was shocked. You almost had to find a new body, so thank Fluffy for your life.

You don't have dodging at +3  :P In all seriousness though, not really, you we're preparing to dodge or block a blow which really couldn't be dodged or blocked with a 5 or an 8. If you we're trying to do what Fluffy did, or strike first, then you would have gotten the +3.

Sorry I'll be more specific next time, I was backing up and then planning on attacking if it looked hostile, no dodging, running or blocking intended.

I'm interested to know what you thought.

Same deal as LHR, you can enter in, but players can turn you away. At which point, you're on your own.

No one has done any of the genetic parts yet either, but also no one has died. Not that one requires another.

Also, I really like the idea that you all are having a chat while an incredibly deadly monster is trying to kill your friend not 100 yards away.

How does the soul binding thing even work by the way?  Does the offspring come out fully formed?  Do we control it?  Does our character get consumed in the process?  I am tempted to try soul-binding with the golem but don't really want to lose my guy, kinda attached to Tirrus now that he survived an orge attack just barely.
