Contacts offer their services and information. Each can perform different actions and give different info. They aren't assets however and will usually charge a fee. Requisitioning them simply means you know where to find them.

What's a rural contact? A farmer or something? How much for a crossbow & 10 bolts? How much for smoke bombs, ingested poisons, and blade-applicable poisons? How much for a map of the city?
