What's a rural contact? A farmer or something? How much for a crossbow & 10 bolts? How much for smoke bombs, ingested poisons, and blade-applicable poisons? How much for a map of the city?

A rural contact could be a woodsman, ranger, farmer or even some travelling merchant.
Crossbow and 10 Bolts: 120 (yes it doesn't make sense mathematically)
Smokebombs have not been invented in Tervon
Ingested Poisons: depends on what it does
Blade-applied Poison: depends on what it does

Last question, what does storing a soul do? What could I do with a human or animal soul?

You bound the soul to the mortal plane. What your character could do? Well as an occultist he could probably offer it up to something...other things to but you'll have to discover that yourself.

Which kinds of spells can be casted with only one reagent?
Do we have any kind of retinue or are we alone? (besides my slaves, I mean)

As an intermediate sorcerer, you can cast basic spells (fireball,icespikes) for a HP cost. You could attempt a more advanced spell but it would be difficult.
As an expert occultist you can contact dark entities from beyond the mortal world who will name their price. I'll PM you some info that might be useful.
You have existing retinue.
Yes, but that does not soothe the bloodthirst as much as draining a human dry.
Phylacteries break when the souls is released.

Yes.

 Spider, you don't have enough points to spend all of that without using the extra points as an Elder. What you wrote implies you'd rather not use your position to acquire more equipment.
