Mr. Nancy pulls out a phone, punching the appropriate number into it and holds it up to his head.
".....Miss Ryan? Yeah. Hm, I came down here to look at the, err, crash site our contacts over here reported. They're saying the Layar are declaring war again.

.....they're what? Hm. Alright. Yes.....I suspected that. Well, I'll tell them now.

Tell Lady Anima I said hi. I'll tell them."
He shuts his phone.
"Good news, the Layar aren't declaring war on us."
Emilia sighs in relief.

"The bad news, Miss Pendragon here is right in believing they're Layar extremists."

"Sweet, no problem then. I guess we just tell the Layar they've got issues, and that should be the end of that."

"You mean like we told syria they had issues with extremists, and that was the end of that?"

"...If that's bad news, that means they aren't just the normal single suicide bombers, are they?"

"The Layar aren't Syria, they're much larger than that. Even if this is a large scale revolt, how is this our problem? The two sides will weaken each other down, and neither will be a threat to humanity. Defend the colonies and Earth, we should be fine."

"Sweet, no problem then. I guess we just tell the Layar they've got issues, and that should be the end of that."

"These guys are the Red Fleet, some sort of rogue Layar faction with space capabilities and military power on par with one or two mainstream Layar fleets. We don't know what they want, and we're looking into it from our end. We've had a couple of incidents over in Northsdale, but so far we haven't found anything.

However, I've got a....meeting I've got to get to, so I'll leave you to it. We'll look into this incident from our end. Good day, all."
Mr. Nancy tips his hat to the group and walks away, whistling. Emilia stares at him as he leaves.

"In that case, the Layar surely know about it. Before you go, they're obviously studying magic, perhaps in an attempt to harness it.
