"Nevermind." He says instead. "Did you like it?"

"Yeah~! This is my first time abroad, though, so I don't know much else, I guess."

"First time? I haven't been out of New Zealand much, either. Pretty nice place though."

"It's funny how we're from opposite sides of the planet~"

Lilian giggles.
"Guess we are. So, umm, what's it like in New Zealand?"

Lilly let out a yawn as she awoke, she looked around and quickly sat up as she realised she had been resting on Melinda,
"Sorry, I haven't had much sleep today."

"I suppose the temperature is very forgiving compared to other areas on the planet. It barely snows. You also get a lot of different ethnicity's there. It's not bad at all."

Someone is knocking on the door of the base. How someone found it is a question... no one would ask since it's not the first person to do so today.

Lilian, being outside, points this out to Derek and takes a look from where she is.

It's some short chick with red skin holding a pie. Seems like it's a mighty fresh one at that. Oh, and she's also got two LMGs strapped to her back.

Lilian looks at Derek.
"Back in a sec~"
She bounces up to gun lady.
"Hi~ Why're you here?"

Derek follows Lillian, but stays at a distance from the other girl.

The woman turns and smiles at at Lillian.
"Well, hi there sugar! I'm your new neighbor, Durah. I live just a ways away in my vacation house over to the east. Anyways, I figured it'd be a right neighborly thing to bring ya'll some fresh baked pie and say hello."
The woman has a very heavy drawl. Also, tusks.
