"Where are the mines anyway?"

The sobbing starts up again, although muffled.

Hyoma pulls out a map of the Earth and begins to point to various places, "So three large mines are located here in Russia, New Zealand, and Argentina. However, there are several smaller mines, five in the US, thirteen in France,  and finally eight in Africa. One , the smallest out of all of them, exists in Japan, but the government there collapsed the entrance to prevent any of it from being mined."

"Then what the fuck are you talking about that "the government" holds the keys to the mines? That's so many, in so many different places, there is no controling it. Give me a platoon of trained professionals, and I could take controle over half a dozen of these places in a week."

"How is collapsing a mine entrance a deterrent for a spacefaring civilisation?

Never mind, we're better off either notifying powerful governments the outlying mines exist, or we should just destroy every trace of amberite we get our hands on."

[Sanure]

"Each place I pointed at is, or were, hidden by a military base, with the exception of Africa, which is controlled by the local Warlords. I've been to the ones in Russia and France. Sen has been to the ones in the US, New Zeland, and Argentina. The mines are bolted down with thick steel doors and from what I could tell would require Salamander's Breath to melt through. As I said, our world's government is doing a good job of keeping it locked down."

"So basically there's no problem, then?"

[Akroma]

"Ah, yes, because we all know local warlords are so reliable, and have a very stable and predictable rule over their territory, which never changes. Also only magic could ever get past the doors, no alien explosives or anything."

[smurfingtonthethird]

"True, they're going to be fighting over that mine like dogs over a bone. Their numbers should make up for their stupidity, though."

[Sanure]

"Sen and I put seals on the doors in secret to prevent mundane tampering. It would take a highl-"

"Kren is awake and thrashing about. Seems he got the use of his lower body back."

As if to back Sepia's statement up, Kren lets out a fell roar.

"Ever heard of this thing called undermining? They'll just dig under the doors.

Well, this is a problem. Best tase the shit out of him before he gets back up."

"I will personaly make sure whomever put him in the medbay will have to use the medbay in the near future."

Near the Ship

Kasai walks up to the ship/shuttle, and looks around for an entrance.

Melinda gets inside the ship, time to put Kren back into a wheelchair
