Not entirely. The material itself doesn't last long but the government holds the keys to the Amberite mines. They won't be running out of fumes any time soon. It's the Red fleet that worries me most. Out of all the Layar, they have the most clans of natural Layar magi on their side. Hence my fears about them learning to refine it..."
