It's the motivation of Heracles here, and half of Leonidas' motivation. Dunno if that's basically Setanta's goal, though, since the way it's phrased implies otherwise.

It sounds like basically Setanta's goal, and basically Leonidas's as well. 3/5 is 60%, which is fairly close.
