Toko was discovered at a young age to have a natural aptitude for the Magus Association’s brand of magic. Her father was a high ranking member of the association, and almost immediately brought her over to the association for training. She excelled in almost all aspects of the classes, but was lacking in motivation. Her father only ever saw her as a way to continue the goals of the association and himself, and she never knew her mother. The natural aptitude isolated her from the less well performing students, while her lack of effort isolated her from those who were giving it their all. When the millennium war came about, she went out a wild card to spite her father and her peers.

Motivation: Mostly, she just wants it so those who have wronged her don’t have it. But if she were given a wish? She would ask for a family that actually cared. She doesn't really know what that feels like, and she wants to.
