John readies the taser to shoot out of his right hand. (If he can move it enough to point it at the guard that is). He knows that unless someone can get out of cuffs, tasting the guard is going to be much help. So he waits for someone to make the right move.

The guard goes over to Masky with the syringe and will attempt to inject it into him.

Masky turns quite suddenly and swings with his hands as far apart as the chains would allow looking to knock away the syringe before knocking into the man with his shoulder.

Masky suddenly turns smacking the syringe from the guard's hand and with a single hop (As your legs are still bound) and knock him back with your shoulder.
