Blast her with "All" and "PO KE MON!" because that's the next part of the song. That dubstep version should be next up on the playlist, so use that if I can't blast another attack from the first song.

Quickly, now. Find some way to slice my hands off. Struggle my way out of anyone pinning me down and bash an officer with my cuffs. Perhaps bite someone's kneecaps and make them shoot them or something.

Okay, compress the energy ball so it could reasonably fit between my palms, and start moving towards the largest source of commotion, if a super-powered enemy is found, brace self and fire a (Pretty wide, something big enough that you can't just jump away from) Quarter-Power Energy wave.
Edit: Unless there may be any innocents in the line of fire, that's important.

Compression isn't so difficult that you need a turn to do it. You can do something else at the same time without issue.
