FOE, would you be alright with me changing my PF to "-10 to hit against all flying enemies." or would you prefer I keep it standard?

Have you looked at Tiruin's sheet she has like 100% nonstandard PSs.
Just bear in mind that includes monsters.

Edit: also some thoughts on the monster weapons would be appreciated.

Yeah, I'm aware. If your campaign ends up having an overabundance of flying types, we can modify stuff later or whatever. I just like the idea of using that fault since my character is eyepatched, and things up in the sky won't have any good monocular depth cues to make use of, thus they would be harder to hit.

   The steady sound of trotting was monotonous, the cold water dripping from the branches above seeped through clothes and he shivered. The rain clouds obscured the sun.
    His thoughts drifted back, far back, to the night that started it all. The reason he was here. He remembered. The night his peaceful life had shattered. Screaming. Fire. Darkness, and a cold silver moon. Funny, even still he loved it. Always so serene, so calm in the sky. Ever watchful, holding its eternal vigil in silence. It brought him peace, untouched by blood or fear.
   Even now 

   The rain was getting heavier. The path would soon become too muddy to follow, and the trees no longer spoke of shelter. It was best to stop. He didn't want to be late, but he was already ahead of schedule. It would be fine.

 
Truly a WiP, I just started what I could while I was at school.

As I said for soly's game, writing out an excerpt like that, while interesting, is not a bio. Especially since that literally says nothing about the character except she had doom and gloom in the past

Huh? Yeah, I know that. I've got a proper bio to go along with it, I just wanted to write something like that since

A) It's fun.
and
B) I'm doing creative writing in school at the moment, so I'd consider it useful practice. (Even if it isn't specifically the style I'm supposed to write in.)

I'm still writing stuff out on my pastebin thing though. :v
