Yeah. You're closer to the soldiers, so if we're going to rush, that's where you should be. Elysia can help deal with the pirate. Her + Hanna should be able to do a chunk of damage

Eneas got a good level. I hope to see more SPD in the future, but I will never not be happy with more DEF and RES.

Birdy the beach tiles count as sand and you currently don't have levitate so the only guard you can reach is B by standing where aenbarr is
