Oh yeah, I meant to ask whether the tiles to the door's sides are traversable. That's also a stopgap action since I can't see the map due to being at my workplace, hence the lack of coordinates and the fact I could only work with my memory and bad directions.

Yeah, she's got very little idea at all about the outside world. She isn't malicious in any sense... just inexperienced and kind of ditzy.

Bael consider themselves more as spiders than "monsters", so to her it stands to reason other monsters would consider themselves dogs or horses or what have you.
