Bio: Sigald hails from the nation of Thaus, groomed from her hatching to become a Shaman of Clan Zatpolem.  The year she came of age she struck out on her own to experience the world, gathering wisdom and knowledge from distant lands in a pilgrimage undertaken by all young mages.  A careless encounter with the monster-haters of Sanctuary when she wandered too far north left her badly scarred and distrusting of humans, but she decided to finish her pilgrimage, now donning a hood to hide her scars and heritage from the world.  The next stop on her journey is Meles, a town where she suspects her fortunes may change forever...

Just look at what other people have done. If you don't have pastebin, Remalle's thing's a fairly good example. Go through character creation in the handbook and fill out the stuff on the sheet as you do it, I guess.
