The trucks each have 1 driver and 8 passengers (one of which is alongside the driver), along with some supplies (food, ammo, etc.).

((Eh, you don't have a radio, you'd have to set up a radio station and telecommunications wire a long way.
The radio technology is WW1 tech, so is pretty much everything else (water cooled machine gun).

You arrive to the spot, a place with access to running water while being rather close to where you're to meet up with the other team.
There are 3 camps so far, the radio & supply camp, the expedition camp, and the security camp. You're to set up the 4th camp, which will be the primary supplier of water.

The radio and supply camp is where all future new arrivals come, your task was of such high importance that you never got sent there.
The radio camp will also be the one to get the long range radio, it has yet to be set up.
The security camp takes care of perimeter security, to protect from anyone that might try to attack or steal from us.
The expedition camp deals with expeditions and artifact storage. Though your remoteness may see you too deal in expeditions.

Leader: "Okay, time to set up camp, the sooner the better."
